It is an excursion of two or more days where, between one stage and the other, you rest in an unmanaged bivouac.
This type of experience puts us in a position to give up many comforts that we are used to having every day but thanks to this it makes us rediscover the value and essentiality of small things: a chat in front of the fire that we have lit ourselves with wood gathered in the woods, a hot tea with friends or simply remain silent and enjoy nature.
It therefore teaches us that nothing is taken for granted but that everything is precious.
